It is a One Level Drop-Down Menu with Timeout effect. Internet has a lot of scripts with the name "Drop Down Menu". One day I needed to make such menu for my site. I have rummaged a heap of sites and archives with scripts. And not found what I looked for. On the Net scripts shared on two variants. The first - utterly worthless scripts. The second - too complex heap up and chargeable.

Tutorial #20: A Definition List Menu

I know that I have advocated not using list for menus, but that was before I had fully investigated the alternatives. I still disagree with the use of unordered lists but I will concede that definition lists are a better way to go.

Tutorial #17: Another Technique for The Pile

Yep, it's another article detailing a method of doing rounded corners with CSS. In this case, single-image, PNG-based, fluid rounded corner dialogs with support for borders, alpha transparency throughout, gradients, patterns and whatever else you (or your designer) could want.

Tutorial #18: Vista Aero Buttons Menu

This menu consists of a row of independent, Vista aero looking CSS buttons, and departs from the typical list based menu structure. Each button appears initially faded out slightly via CSS opacity, then brought back to full opacity during the "hover" state.
